Responsibilities

1. Lead Calling: Initiate calls to potential leads to introduce and promote products or services.

2. Lead Follow-Up: Regularly follow up with leads to maintain engagement and move them through the sales funnel.

3. Appointment Scheduling: Arrange and confirm appointments between leads and relevant team members.

4. Lead Blocking/Closing: Finalize deals by effectively addressing client concerns and closing sales.

5. Follow-Up on Deals: Ensure post-sales follow-ups to enhance client satisfaction and retention.

6. Target Setting and Achievement: Work towards achieving predefined targets within specified timelines. Strategize and implement plans to meet or exceed goals.

INDIRECT ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Maintain clear and professional communication with clients and internal teams.

-Update and maintain lead databases regularly for seamless tracking. Prepare periodic reports on performance metrics and achievements.

-Identify gaps or challenges in achieving targets and propose actionable solutions.

-Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine lead-generation strategies.

Other Requirements
