Responsibilities

  • The Software Test Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the quality of software products through the use of Quality Management practices, Manual and Automation Testing techniques. 
  • The candidate should have expertise in Artificial Intelligence (AI), Chatbot testing, and possess strong communication skills to collaborate with the development team. 
  • Integration Testing and Performance Testing will be key aspects of the job role, requiring thorough attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. 
  • The Software Test Engineer will play a vital role in identifying and resolving software defects to deliver high-quality products to end-users.

Other Requirements

  • 2 + yrs of experience in the area of Quality Management
  • Experience Manual & Automation Testing
  • Experience in AI, Communication center/chatbot ( mandatory)
  • Clear communicator (written and verbal)
  • Experience in developing testing approach, test plan, Test cases, & Test reports as well as defining test data requirements
  • Experience in Integration & Performance Testing
