We are seeking an experienced Technical Team Lead to guide our local IT Services Management Team while also contributing as a software developer.
In this role, you will oversee the application management of a B2C application, ensuring it meets the agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and fulfils customer expectations. You will also be involved in Support & Enhancement projects as needed. Collaboration with the Senior Project Manager in Germany will be a key aspect of this role. We are looking for a proactive, hands-on Software Developer with extensive experience in Front and Backend with DevOps knowledge.

Responsibilities
Problem Management & Incident Management activities:
- Identifying and resolving technical issues and errors that arise during application usage.
Release and Update Coordination:
- Planning and executing software updates, new versions, or system upgrades to keep applications up to date.
Change Management:
- Responsible for implementing and coordinating changes to the application, considering the impact on ongoing operations.
Other Requirements
Education and Experience:
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field, with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience or equivalent work experience.
Skills & Expertise:
- Proficient in ITIL service management frameworks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experienced in project management methodologies (Agile, Kanban).
- Excellent English communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect and collaborate with stakeholders.
- Readiness to work on Support & Enhancement projects, including occasional on-call duties as needed.
- This assignment is a long-term contract, lasting over three years.
- Good knowledge in Frontend Technologies like Frontend, Backend & DevOps.
