Responsibilities

• The responsibilities of a Java Developer include participating in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from design to deployment. 
• The role involves writing clean, efficient code using Java/JEE technologies, as well as implementing and maintaining applications using Spring and Hibernate frameworks. 
• Communication skills are vital for collaborating with team members and effectively conveying technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. 
• Problem-solving abilities are crucial for identifying and resolving issues that arise during the development process. 
• The Java Developer is expected to deliver high-quality solutions that meet both technical and business requirements within designated timelines.

Other Requirements

• Education: Graduates in BE/BTech (Computer science or related) or MSC Computer science /MCA or equivalent.
• Experience: 3-8 years of total software development experience in Java/JEE with good knowledge on design patterns.

Good to have

• The candidate should have good knowledge in Spring boot/ spring web services.
• Exposure to frameworks like Spring, Hibernate is required.
• Must possess strong technical development experience on effectively writing code, code reviews, best practices on configuration management and code refactoring.
• Strong logical & technical problem solving skills.
• Should have good communication skills.
