Responsibilities

Team Management:

· Supervise, mentor, and motivate telecallers to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and service targets.

· Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback to ensure continuous improvement.

Target Achievement:

· Strategize and implement effective plans to meet sales and marketing goals under pressure.

· Ensure team members meet individual and collective performance metrics.

Communication & Training:

· Conduct regular team meetings to address challenges, share updates, and motivate the team.

· Train team members in product knowledge, customer handling, and effective sales techniques.

Operational Oversight:

· Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth workflow and resolving issues promptly.

· Prepare and present performance reports to management.

Customer Focus:

· Ensure excellent customer experience while addressing queries and concerns efficiently.

Other Requirements

· Experience: 2+ years in sales, marketing, or team management in a BPO/telecommunications setting.

· Skills:

•  Strong leadership and team-handling skills.
•  Target-driven mindset with the ability to perform under pressure.
•  Excellent communication skills in English; fluency in Hindi is an added advantage.
•  Proficient in sales techniques and customer relationship management.
