Responsibilities

• Work with clients to identify key customer touchpoints, pain points, and journey metrics

• Leverage Customer Journey Analytics tools to extract, analyze, and visualize customer behavior data

• Translate analytics insights into strategic recommendations for enhancing customer experience

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and IT to implement improvements

• Design and deliver customer journey maps and dashboards that support data-driven decisions

• Support the integration of data sources across platforms to create a holistic view of the customer journey

• Present findings and strategy roadmaps to senior stakeholders and clients

• Stay updated on customer analytics trends, tools, and best practices
