Responsibilities

Primary Responsiblities:

• Achieve daily call targets and maintain consistent outreach for student engagement.
• Develop and manage a strong pipeline to meet monthly application submission goals.
• Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain accurate records of student interactions.

Secondary Reposnisiblities:

• Assess student preferences and career goals to recommend suitable university options.
• Present course details effectively, aligning them with students & academic and professional aspirations.
• Guide students through multiple counseling sessions, leading to successful application submission

Other Requirements

• Graduation in any stream with a minimum of 50% marks.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and strong interpersonal skills.
• Experience in sales (EdTech sales experience is a plus but not mandatory).
• Understanding of the student’s mentality and ability to chart their career expectation with a roadmap.
• Proven track record in sales and achieving targets.
• Strong listening skills and the ability to build trust with prospective students.
• High level of patience and empathy when dealing with students and their families.
