Responsibilities

Sales Development & Execution

  • Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities within target markets (e.g., SMEs, enterprises, tech partners).
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through prospecting, cold outreach, and networking.
  • Conduct product presentations and demos tailored to client needs.
  • Negotiate contracts, close deals, and meet or exceed sales targets.

Customer & Market Insight

  • Understand customer needs, pain points, and communication challenges across industries.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and market research to stay updated on industry trends and identify opportunities.
  • Gather feedback to inform product improvements and feature development.

Partnerships & Relationship Management

  • Build strong relationships with clients, partners, and resellers to drive long-term business value.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless customer experiences and customized messaging solutions.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Track, analyse, and report on sales performance and market responses.
  • Use CRM tools and marketing analytics to optimize lead generation and conversion.

Other Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 0 - 1 year of experience in B2B sales and marketing, preferably in SaaS or communication platforms.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering successful campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of messaging technologies (SMS, WhatsApp, RCS, chat APIs, etc.) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • They may require to travel as they involve visiting clients, attending trade shows, and building relationships in person
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and marketing platforms.

Good to have

  • Knowledge of CPaaS (Communications Platform as a Service) or similar technologies.
  • Experience working with telcos, aggregators, or large enterprises.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
