• Make outbound calls to prospective customers in Tamil.

• Explain product features and benefits clearly and persuasively.

• Follow up on leads and maintain a pipeline of potential clients.

• Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.

• Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets.

• Maintain records of calls and sales in the CRM system.

• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies.

Other Requirements

Experience: Minimum 1 Year in Banking Sales / Customer Support.
Freshers with Excellent Tamil & English Communication Skills are welcome!
