Responsibilities

• Vendor Coordination: Onboard and manage vendors for housekeeping, pantry, office supplies, and gifting. Ensure quality and timely service delivery.
• Team Supervision: Oversee housekeeping and support staff to maintain cleanliness, safety, and adherence to company standards.
• Client & Guest Hospitality: Coordinate hospitality for client visits, including snacks, room setup, and professional ambiance.
• Stock & Inventory Management: Maintain daily stock records for office supplies and consumables, including procurement and ERP entry.
• Asset Management: Track issuance and maintenance of office equipment (laptops, PCs, printers, etc.) and audit asset data in ERP.
• Facility Management: Ensure the office infrastructure is clean, well-maintained, and running smoothly.

Other Requirements

• Proven experience in supervisory or vendor management roles.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities.
• Knowledge of procurement and supply chain practices.
• Tech-savvy; proficient in MS Office and ERP/vendor tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
