Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients through various sales strategies (cold calling, networking, referrals, digital outreach).

• Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

• Develop a deep understanding of the company's products and services to effectively present and sell to prospective clients.

• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.

• Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets and KPIs.

• Coordinate with the marketing, operations, and product teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.

• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and threats.

• Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to management.

• Participate in trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote the brand and generate leads.

• Mentor and support junior sales staff where necessary.
