Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities: Look for ways to partner with brands and receive sponsorships
• Develop strategies: Create marketing strategies to raise awareness and build a positive image
• Manage communications: Write and distribute press releases, manage social media, and create brochures and newsletters
• Plan events: Organize events like lectures, contests, and exhibits to promote the organization
• Manage crisis: Prepare public statements and act as a spokesperson during emergencies
• Conduct research: Analyse online discussions and news articles to understand public perception

Other Requirements

• Experience: Public relations: 3 years (Preferred)
• Females worked with NBFC/Bank/Micro finance/Nidhi is preferred
• Good communication & presentation & negotiation skills 
•  Able to understand the customer needs & attention to detail
