Responsibilities

Generate new business leads through outbound sales calls

 Qualify and convert leads into sales opportunities

 Develop in-depth knowledge of company products/services

 Utilize CRM software for lead tracking and sales activity management

 Achieve monthly/quarterly sales quotas and performance benchmarks

Provide exceptional customer support and resolve inquiries

 Deliver persuasive online sales presentations

 Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop targeted strategies

 Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular activity reports

 Ensure customer satisfaction through regular follow-ups

Other Requirements

Proven telesales experience (international experience preferred)

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (desired)

Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills

Strong persuasive and sales skills

Cultural awareness and adaptability

 Effective problem-solving and objection-handling skills

Desirable Qualities:

 Strong work ethic and positive attitude
