Responsibilities

• Induction & Onboarding: Conduct onboarding sessions and ensure smooth integration of new joiners.
• Employee Engagement: Plan and execute engagement activities to boost morale and retention.
• Grievance Handling: Address employee concerns promptly and professionally.
• HR Operations: Handle day-to-day HR functions including attendance, leaves, payroll coordination, and documentation.
• Exit Process: Conduct exit interviews, analyze attrition trends, and implement retention strategies.
• Stakeholder Management: Liaise effectively with internal teams, clients, and external vendors.
• Client Coordination: Act as a bridge between operations and client HR for people-related matters.
• Admin & Facility Support: Oversee basic administrative responsibilities such as ID card issuance, seating arrangements, and office upkeep.

Other Requirements

• 2-4 years of HR experience in a BPO or similar environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be fluent in Kannada, Hindi, and English.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience handling grievance issues and employee engagement is a plus.
