Responsibilities

• Identifying and prospecting potential clients: The Business Development Executive is responsible for identifying and researching potential clients.
• Lead generation and conversion: They generate leads through various channels, such as online research, referrals, networking. They then follow up with leads, understand their requirements, provide information and convert them into clients.
• Building and maintaining relationships: The Business Development Executive establishes and nurtures relationships with key stakeholders, including potential clients and other relevant organizations. They maintain regular communication to understand their needs, provide guidance, address concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Conducting presentations and consultations: They conduct presentations and consultations with potential clients, explaining the services provided by the company and addressing queries.
• Collaboration with internal teams: Business Development Executives work closely with other teams within the consultancy, such as marketing, and operations, to ensure a smooth transition from lead generation to conversion. They collaborate to provide accurate and up-to-date information to clients and coordinate the conversion process.
• Market research and competitor analysis: They conduct market research to identify trends, competition, and potential opportunities in the market. This helps in formulating effective strategies to attract clients and stay ahead in the market.
