Responsibilities

- Lead Generation & Sales: Identify potential clients for Digital Marketing, Web Development, IT services, and EdTech solutions. Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and monitor digital and offline marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Client Engagement: Develop and understand their needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Content & Collateral: Collaborate with the content and design teams to create compelling marketing material, presentations, and case studies.
- Market Research: Conduct competitive analysis, understand industry trends, and identify new market opportunities.
- Brand Building: Work on strategies to enhance brand visibility and credibility through both organic and paid media.
- Reporting: Prepare weekly and monthly reports on marketing performance and lead conversion status.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Management, Design, Development, and Product teams to ensure unified messaging and customer experience.

Other Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in IT services, digital solutions, or EdTech industries.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, PPC, Email Marketing, Social Media).
- Good knowledge of IT services, web technologies, and/or online education platforms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Creative thinker with a result-oriented mindset.

Good to have

- Experience in B2B marketing.
- Familiarity with EdTech products and trends.
- Certification in Digital Marketing or related fields is a plus.
