Responsibilities

- Curriculum Delivery: Conduct live sessions, recorded lectures, workshops, and practical classes as per the course schedule.
- *Curriculum Development:* Continuously update course material to align with industry trends, technological advancements, and academic standards.
- Assessment & Evaluation: Design and evaluate assignments, projects, quizzes, and examinations to assess student progress.
- Student Mentorship: Provide academic support and career guidance to students.
- Industry Integration: Introduce real-world case studies, construction software tools (like AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project, Primavera, etc.), and best practices.
- Feedback and Improvement: Collect student feedback and work on course improvements accordingly.
- Collaboration: Work with the academic team to enhance course effectiveness, certifications, and placement support.

Other Requirements

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in construction management, site supervision, or related areas.
- Prior teaching/training experience preferred (online or offline).
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, project management, cost estimation, and relevant software tools.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to teach complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner.

Good to have

- Certification in Project Management (PMP, CAPM) or Construction-related certifications.
- Familiarity with online teaching platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, Moodle, LMS systems).
- Experience with BIM (Building Information Modeling) is an advantage.
