Responsibilities

- Course Delivery: Conduct live online or in-person classes based on the course syllabus.
- Curriculum Support: Update and refine course content to stay aligned with the latest industry trends and tools.
- Hands-on Training: Demonstrate practical applications using tools like Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, SEO tools, Email Marketing platforms, etc.
- Student Assessment: Design assignments, quizzes, case studies, and projects to evaluate student understanding.
- Student Mentorship: Offer career guidance, portfolio/project feedback, and interview preparation support.
- Continuous Improvement: Gather student feedback and recommend updates to enhance the learning experience.

Other Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields. (Master’s preferred)
- 2+ years of professional experience in Digital Marketing roles (agency or in-house).
- Proven expertise in areas like SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, Email Marketing, Analytics, and Paid Ads.
- Experience in teaching/training (formal or informal) is highly desirable.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to simplify technical concepts for beginners.
- Familiarity with online teaching tools such as Zoom, Google Meet, and LMS platforms.

Good to have

- Certifications like Google Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot, or Meta Blueprint.
- Practical knowledge of emerging areas like AI in Marketing, Influencer Marketing, or Growth Hacking.
