Responsibilities

• As a Java Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance applications using Java/JEE technologies. 
• You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements, implement robust solutions using frameworks like Spring and Hibernate, and ensure code quality through best practices. 
• The role demands strong problem-solving abilities, effective communication skills, and a solid understanding of the full software development lifecycle. 
• You will be expected to troubleshoot technical issues, contribute to architectural decisions, and continuously improve application performance and scalability. 
• This position is ideal for someone passionate about clean code, collaboration, and continuous learning in software development.

Other Requirements

• The candidate should have good knowledge in Spring boot/ spring web services.
• Exposure to frameworks like Spring, Hibernate is required.
• Must possess strong technical development experience on effectively writing code, code reviews, best practices on configuration management and code refactoring.
• Strong logical & technical problem solving skills.
• Should have good communication skills.

• Education: Graduates in BE/BTech (Computer science or related) or MSC Computer science /MCA or equivalent.
• Experience: 3-8 years of total software development experience in Java/JEE with good knowledge on design patterns.
