Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries via email and chat.
• Troubleshoot software and hardware issues and guide customers through step-by-step solutions.
• Escalate complex technical problems to the appropriate internal teams.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions.
• Follow up with customers to ensure complete satisfaction and resolution.
• Participate in ongoing training to enhance technical and customer service skills.

Other Requirements

• Strong written and spoken English communication skills (mandatory).
• Basic technical aptitude or interest in troubleshooting software/hardware issues.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
• Prior experience in international customer support (L1) is a plus.
• Willingness to work in rotational night shifts.
