• Identify relevant projects on Upwork and similar platforms.

• Write and submit tailored proposals to potential clients.

• Communicate with clients to understand project requirements.

• Follow up on submitted proposals and convert leads into clients.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution.

• Maintain a strong Upwork profile with updated portfolios and reviews.
