Responsibilities

• Interact with walk-in and potential customers to understand their needs.

• Promote and sell home decor and wall decor products effectively.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Maintain an attractive and organized showroom/display area.

• Follow up with leads and ensure post-sale customer satisfaction.

• Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports.

Other Requirements

• Plus Two or higher educational qualification.

• Fresher/ minimum 2 years of sales experience (home/interior décor preferred).

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Good negotiation and sales closing abilities.

• Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, etc.).

• Self-motivated, presentable, and goal-oriented.
