Responsibilities

Primary Duties:

1. Outbound Calling & Lead Generation:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
  • Conduct inside sales operations by communicating with clients remotely and presenting product solutions.

2. Product Demonstrations:

  • Prepare and deliver software demo presentations based on clients' workings.
  • Showcase the features, functionality, and benefits of the software to prospective clients.

3. Sales & Target Achievement:

  • Convince clients and close sales deals effectively.
  • Consistently meet or exceed daily and monthly targets for calls and sales.

4. Client Communication & Relationship Management:

  • Conduct inside sales operations by communicating with clients remotely.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
  • Address client queries, provide support, and ensure satisfaction.

5. Lead Tracking & Reporting:

  • Track leads, sales, and overall performance.
  • Provide regular reports to the management team.

6. Product Knowledge:

  • Continuously update and expand your knowledge of the software products to provide expert-level demos.
  • Follow and adapt sales scripts based on customer interaction

Secondary Duties:
1. Product Knowledge Development:

  • Continuously update and expand knowledge of the company’s software products.
  • Deliver expert-level product demos based on updated features.

2. Sales Process Optimization:

  • Follow and adapt sales scripts based on customer interactions.
  • Work to improve sales processes and workflows in coordination with the team.

3. Feedback Collection & Product Improvement:

  • Collect client feedback, feature requests, and suggestions.
  • Act as a customer advocate and communicate insights to the product management team.

Other Requirements

  • Product Knowledge and a passion for delivering value-driven solutions.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or business development (preferably in IT solutions).
  • Excellent communication skills in Malayalam and English (proficiency in Tamil and Hindi will be considered a strong advantage).
  • Strong negotiation and sales closing skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
