Responsibilities

Manage and oversee the overall accounting operations of the organization.

Prepare financial statements, business activity reports, and forecasts.

Ensure compliance with tax regulations and statutory requirements.

Conduct internal audits and evaluate financial performance.

Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory authorities as required.

Travel to various branch offices and client locations, including international travel to the UAE.

Provide strategic financial input and leadership on decision-making issues.

Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.

Support in mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic initiatives.

Other Requirements

Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience.

Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation laws, and audit practices.

Willingness to travel frequently, including international assignments.

Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office tools.
