Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain Odoo ERP modules (Sales, CRM, Inventory, Accounting, HR, etc.).

• Design and implement technical solutions in Odoo using Python, PostgreSQL, and XML.

• Create custom Odoo apps/modules as per specific business requirements.

• Integrate third-party systems and APIs with Odoo as needed.

• Troubleshoot and debug issues, providing timely solutions.

• Collaborate with functional consultants and end users to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

• Participate in all phases of the software development life cycle: analysis, design, implementation, testing, deployment, and support.

• Write clean, reusable, and efficient code following Odoo and Python best practices.

• Maintain technical documentation for developed features and customizations.

• Provide support, maintenance, and upgrades for existing Odoo applications.

Other Requirements

• Strong programming skills in Python and experience with PostgreSQL, XML, JavaScript, and QWeb.

• In-depth understanding of Odoo architecture and its core modules.

• Experience with Odoo version 12 and above (preferably up to v16 or v17).

• Familiarity with Linux/Ubuntu environments and Git version control.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team.

• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
