Responsibilities
- Customer Care:
- Provide pre-sale and after-sale support to customers along with testing support.
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions.
- Address and resolve customer doubts and issues.
- Manage reported software bugs and ensure timely resolution with the technical team.
- Sales Support:
- Assist with online sales closures.
- Conduct virtual product demonstrations and provide consultation for prospective clients.
Other Requirements
- Prior experience in customer service, sales support, or accounts management is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Customer care training and teaching experience will be an added advantage.

Salary: ₹15,000 -25000 per month(probation period - 2 months - Rs.13,000)
