• Support Sales Team Lead: Assist in managing the sales team, providing support, and acting as the point of contact in the Sales Team Lead's absence.
• Team Performance: Monitor and analyze team performance metrics, providing feedback and implementing action plans to achieve sales targets.
• Sales Processes: Ensure the team follows established sales processes and guidelines, maintaining high standards of customer service and compliance.
• Lead Management: Oversee lead distribution and management, ensuring timely follow-up and maximizing conversion rates.
• Customer Interaction: Handle escalated customer interactions and provide solutions to complex issues, ensuring customer satisfaction
• Reporting: Prepare and present sales reports, performance metrics, and progress updates to the Sales Team Lead and upper management.
