• As a Talent Acquisition Associate – IT Recruiter (Female), you will be responsible for handling the complete IT recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to onboarding candidates for technical roles. 
• Your key responsibilities include identifying and engaging top IT talent through various sourcing channels, conducting initial assessments, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for collaborating with hiring managers and building strong talent pipelines. 
• You will play a critical role in aligning recruitment strategies with organizational goals and ensuring timely fulfillment of hiring requirements in the dynamic and competitive IT industry.

• BTech / MTech / MSc / MCA in CS / IT / EC
