Responsibilities

1. Lead and mentor a team of developers, ensuring high-quality code, effective collaboration, and professional growth.

2. Design and develop scalable web applications using PHP Laravel, including RESTful APIs and backend architecture.

3. Manage MySQL databases, focusing on schema design, performance optimization, and complex query writing.

4. Implement and maintain microservices architecture, using Docker and Kubernetes for deployment and orchestration.

5. Oversee version control processes with Git, including branching strategies, pull requests, and code reviews.

6. Plan and manage Agile development cycles, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and progress tracking with Scrum or Kanban.
