Responsibilities

• Good understanding of supply chain process for different industries. And sound knowledge of B2C, B2B warehousing concept.
• Designing Solution in 3PL or in Logistics SCM department for range of Industry [Fashion & Apparel, Personal care, FMCG, Electronics] with analytical skills.
• Prepare deal structure, evaluate them [Basis Financial, Operational] and do Risk analysis to help in sales decision.
• Know-how of process flow diagrams, time & motion studies
• Provide analysis and design support in the pursuit of new business, operational implementations and re-engineering initiatives.
• Collect and analyses data relating to logistics operations. And determine optimal logistics operating solutions for customers.
• Clearly outline solutions in appropriate formats for presentation to customers. Participate in customer presentations where required.
• To discuss designed solutions with solution Head, COO, & other stake holders and/or with Sales lead & other stake holders of the respective Vertical before submission.
• To support a continuous improvement activities for current operations.
• To ensure that all recommended solutions, implementation plans, meet the requirements.
• To interact with Racking, MHE partners in line of designing the solution with depth understanding in Racking system.
• Assist in the negotiation with supplier contracts or service arrangements with the support of purchase analysis.

Qualification Required

Must Have:

• BTech/MTech/MBA Degree.
• 5+ years relevant experience.
• Excellent communication skills

• Expert knowledge of MS Office [Specially Excel].
• Hands on experience with Warehouse Management System functions.
• Understanding of Order Fulfilment and warehousing matrices.
• Working knowledge of Visio/CAD application.
• Good understanding of project financial. Concept like EBITDA, EBIT, ROCE, ROE.

• Proactive and initiative, with sound problem solving skills and hands-on approach
• Strong in warehouse management procedures and best practices.
• Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives.
• Analytical mind with business acumen
