Responsibilities

• Curriculum Development:
  
• Design and develop comprehensive training modules and course materials in Networking, Cloud Technologies, and related fields.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and integrate new technologies into the curriculum.
• Training Delivery:
  
• Conduct classroom, online, and hands-on lab training sessions on Networking and Cloud Technologies.
• Facilitate learning through interactive teaching methods, real-world simulations, and case studies.
• Student/Participant Assessment:
  
• Evaluate students progress through quizzes, assignments, practical exams, and other assessment tools.
• Provide constructive feedback and additional support to ensure students meet learning objectives.
• Industry Certification Preparation:
  
• Prepare students for certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Cisco CCNA/CCNP, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Azure Fundamentals, etc.
• Offer guidance on the certification process and provide study materials.
• Technical Expertise:
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during lab sessions.
• Provide insights into advanced networking protocols, cloud deployment models, and security practices.
• Collaboration:
  
• Work closely with other faculty members and industry partners to enhance the quality of training.
• Participate in faculty meetings, workshops, and continuous professional development activities.

Other Requirements

• Education:
  
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Certifications) are highly desirable.
• Experience:
  
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Networking, Cloud Technologies, or IT Infrastructure.
• Prior teaching or training experience is preferred.
• Skills:
  
• In-depth knowledge of networking protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), and virtualization technologies.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
• Proficient in using training tools, simulators, and learning management systems (LMS).
