Responsibilities

• Identify and research potential clients through online platforms, databases, and social media.
• Collect and maintain accurate contact details and business information of leads.
• Ensure all lead data is unique, verified, and updated in the CRM system.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to pass on qualified leads for further engagement.
• Stay updated with lead generation tools, market trends, and industry practices.
• Maintain records of all activities and report performance regularly.

Other Requirements

• Graduate in any stream (BBA, B.Com, BA, B.Sc., etc.).
• Excellent communication skills – verbal and written.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Proficient in using MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
