Responsibilities

• Gather, document, and validate business requirements from stakeholders.

• Analyze business processes, workflows, and systems to identify gaps and propose improvements.

• Translate business needs into detailed functional and non-functional requirements.

• Create clear documentation such as BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process maps, and use cases.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, QA, and end-users.

• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and help ensure the solution meets the agreed-upon requirements.

• Provide data-driven insights and reports to aid in decision-making.

• Monitor the effectiveness of implemented solutions and recommend enhancements.

• Stay updated on industry trends and technologies that can drive innovation.

Other Requirements

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Basic knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with tools like MS Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, JIRA, or Trello is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

• Candidates who have successfully completed a Business Analyst training program (online/offline) will be given preference.
• Basic understanding of business processes, data flow, and requirement documentation.
• Eagerness to learn and build a career in business analysis.
