Responsibilities

• Analyze business data from Shopify and other eCommerce platforms to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for growth.

• Create and maintain reports and dashboards to monitor KPIs such as conversion rates, cart abandonment, sales performance, and user behavior.

• Work with cross-functional teams (marketing, development, customer service, inventory, etc.) to translate business requirements into actionable insights or enhancements.

• Gather and document detailed business and functional requirements for Shopify store updates or integrations.

• Evaluate the impact of changes and make data-driven recommendations for UX, product, and marketing optimization.

• Ensure proper tracking and tagging (e.g., with Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics, GTM).

• Assist in identifying and prioritizing bug fixes and feature requests based on business impact.

• Stay up-to-date with Shopify platform updates, apps, and best practices.

Other Requirements

1.2-3 years of experience as a Shopify Business Analyst, with at least 5 Shopify projects handled.
2.In-depth knowledge of Shopifys platform and features.
3.Excellent problem-solving, verbal and written communication skills. Ability to explain complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
4.Experience in BRD, FRD, User stories, Wireframing
