Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy automated workflows using Power Automate (Cloud and Desktop flows)
• Build intuitive and user-friendly Power Apps for business teams
• Integrate Power Platform tools with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Outlook, Excel, and third-party apps
• Understand business process requirements and translate them into automation solutions
• Create and maintain Process Design Documents (PDD) and Solution Design Documents (SDD)
• Monitor, debug, and maintain existing flows and apps for performance optimization
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver end-to-end solutions
• Ensure automation solutions meet compliance and security standards

Other Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in RPA development using Power Automate
• Strong working knowledge of Power Apps (Canvas Apps & Model-Driven)
• Experience with SharePoint, Microsoft Forms, Excel, Teams, and Dataverse
• Proficiency in JSON, REST APIs, expressions, and dynamic content in flows
• Ability to create approval flows, form-based apps, and multi-step automations
• Understanding of process mapping and automation best practices
• Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills

• Microsoft Power Platform certification is a plus
• Experience working with Power BI or other low-code/no-code tools is an advantage
• Candidates located in or willing to relocate to Trivandrum, Kerala are preferred
