Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and structured training sessions on UI/UX principles, tools, and best practices, with a focus on Figma and prototyping techniques.

• Design and update curriculum materials, assignments, and projects to align with current industry standards and trends.

• Effectively communicate complex design concepts through clear explanations, visual presentations, and live demonstrations.

• Assess and provide constructive feedback on learners’ progress and design work to help them improve both technically and creatively.

• Foster a collaborative and supportive learning environment by applying strong teaching and interpersonal skills.

• Conduct interactive sessions and workshops to enhance learners’ hands-on experience and confidence with UI/UX tools and workflows.

• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies to ensure the training remains relevant and impactful.

Other Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in teaching UI/UX design
• Genuine passion for teaching
• Proven experience in UX research methods, including user interviews, usability testing, and data analysis
• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and design thinking methodologies
• Proficiency in Figma
• Experience with prototyping tools and techniques
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Portfolio demonstrating UI/UX projects and process
• Previous teaching or training experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) will be an added advantage
