Responsibilities

• Design and deliver intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile platforms.

• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to guide design decisions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business goals, user needs, and technical limitations.

• Translate user insights into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.

• Develop and maintain design systems, pattern libraries, and UI kits for consistency and scalability.

• Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies and apply them where relevant.

• Iterate designs based on user testing and analytics to continuously enhance user satisfaction.

• Work closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation of design concepts.

Other Requirements

•  Minimum 2 years of professional experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications.

•  Proficient in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar software like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Figma, and video tools like After Effects or Premiere Pro.

•  Strong portfolio demonstrating a solid understanding of user-centered design principles and a track record of creating visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces.

•   Excellent knowledge of user research techniques, usability testing, and data-driven design decisions.

•   Strong communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to effectively articulate design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and team members.

•   Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

•   Familiarity with front-end development principles and the ability to work closely with developers.
