Responsibilities

1. Assess credit risk and financial health of prospective and existing clients.
2. Approve or recommend credit limits and terms per company policy
3. Monitor loan portfolios for potential risk or payment defaults
4. Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines and internal risk frameworks
5. Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Collections teams
6. Improve credit policies and risk control systems

Other Requirements

1. 3–5 years of experience handling secured loan products
2. Proven record of handling loan approvals of ₹1 crore and above
3. Strong understanding of loan approval ratios, underwriting, and RBI regulations
4. Bachelor’s Degree (Mandatory)
5. Proficiency in MS Excel and financial tools
