Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.

• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.

• Support onboarding and induction processes for new hires.

• Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and internal events.

• Help with documentation, policy drafting, and compliance-related tasks.

• Provide administrative support to the HR team in day-to-day operations.

• Participate in learning and development initiatives and HR projects as assigned.

Other Requirements

• MBA in Human Resources or a related field (Freshers eligible).

• Strong interest in HR practices and a desire to build a career in HR.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
