We are seeking an experienced and highly talented Technical Sales Manager to join our dynamic team.

As an Odoo Official Partner, HTIC Global’s primary focus is to drive sales for Odoo ERP (Enterprise). The role also includes promoting business services such as resource augmentation (outsourcing), custom enterprise software development, mobile app development, robotic process automation (RPA), and QA outsourcing.

Responsibilities

Duties and responsibilities

Sales Strategy And Execution

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies for Odoo ERP (Enterprise) and related IT services in global markets.
  • Identify and engage potential clients through prospecting, networking, and building long-term relationships.

Client Engagement And Demonstration

  • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value and capabilities of Odoo ERP and other offerings.
  • Prepare and deliver high-quality proposals, negotiate contract terms, and close deals effectively.

Market And Industry Expertise

  • Maintain a deep understanding of Odoo ERP and competitive offerings to position solutions effectively.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and market conditions to refine sales strategies.

Collaboration And Relationship Management

  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product development) to align sales efforts with overall business goals.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals.

Performance And Reporting

  • Achieve assigned sales targets and prepare detailed reports on progress, challenges, and sales forecasts.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.

Other Requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in selling IT software and services, including enterprise solutions.
  • Preferred expertise in ERP sales/ Enterprise Level Products or Services, particularly Odoo ERP.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7+ years of experience in IT software and services sales, with a focus on enterprise solutions such as ERP systems.
  • Proven experience in global sales and working with international clients, particularly in the Middle East, EU, and US markets.

Good to have

  • Experience in CRM sales and resource augmentation.
  • Strong understanding of cloud computing technologies and their application in solving customer needs. Advanced negotiation and contract management skills.
