Responsibilities

• Customer Care:
  • Provide pre-sale and after-sale support to customers along with testing support.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions online and live.
  • Address and resolve customer doubts and issues , if required customer site visits.
  • Manage reported software bugs and ensure timely resolution with the technical team.
  • Testing software requirements and monitor build management
• Sales Support:
  • Assist with online sales closures.
  • Conduct virtual and live product demonstrations and provide consultation for prospective clients.

Other Requirements

• Prior experience in customer service, sales support, or accounts management is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Customer care training and teaching experience will be an added advantage.
• two wheeler driving and immediate travel schedule management
