Responsibilities

•  Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and presentation standards
•  Need to focus and prepare mostly breakfast and dinner items
•  Ensure high-quality presentation and plating of dishes
•  Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards
•  Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient service delivery
•  Assist with food preparation, storage, and rotation
•  Participate in menu planning and development
•  Maintain accurate records of food production, waste, and inventory

Other Requirements

•  2+ years of cooking experience in a hotel or resort setting
•  Culinary degree or certification (e.g., CMA, Culinarian)
•  Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, and presentation styles
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
•  Excellent communication and teamwork skills
•  Physical stamina to lift, carry, and stand for long periods
•  Familiarity with food safety and sanitation protocols
