Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients from provided databases or self-generated leads.
• Introduce and explain the company’s digital marketing services (SEO, social media, paid ads, etc.).
• Identify decision-makers and set appointments for the sales team.
• Follow up with prospects via phone, email, or messaging.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and client interactions in CRM.
• Meet or exceed monthly call and conversion targets.
• Work closely with the marketing and sales team to optimize outreach.

Other Requirements

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused approach.
• 1+ year of telesales, telemarketing, or outbound calling experience (preferred).
• Familiarity with digital marketing services is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Malayalam
