Responsibilities

• Counsel students and parents about courses, career options, and admission processes.
• Follow up with leads through calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
• Understand student requirements and recommend suitable programs.
• Maintain and update student records in the database.
• Achieve enrollment targets set by the management.
• Coordinate with the academic team to ensure a smooth admission process.
• Handle inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins professionally.
• Assist students in financial planning for course fees (if applicable).
• Provide guidance on career paths and job opportunities.

Other Requirements

• Education: Graduate in any field (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• Experience: 0-3 years in academic counseling, education sales, or similar roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to persuade and guide students effectively.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
• A self-motivated and target-driven attitude.
• Salary: 3LPA + Incentives
• Work Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM/ Monday-Saturday
