We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Unit Manager responsible for leading and managing the entire operations, sales performance, strategy execution, and P&L of the assigned business unit. Responsibilities

Business Strategy & Planning:

  •  Set short-term and long-term targets and operation plans.
  •  Align unit objectives with the company’s overall strategy.

Sales & Revenue Generation:

  • Drive sales performance and identify new revenue opportunities.
  • Develop direct , Indirect and alternate channels of Sales
  •  Set and achieve sales targets , revenue realisation and Prodigality.
  •  Manage and expand the customer base.

P&L Management:
  •  Own and manage the P&L of the business unit.
  •  Monitor financial performance, budgets, and cost controls.
  •  Prepare regular financial reports and forecasts.
Team Leadership:
  •  Recruit, develop, and lead high-performing teams.
  •  Foster a results-driven culture focused on accountability and performance.
Operational Excellence:
  •  Ensure efficient and effective day-to-day operations.
  •  Optimize processes, systems, and resource allocation.
Client & Stakeholder Management:

  •  Build strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  •  Act as the primary point of contact for strategic accounts.

Performance-Based Growth:
  • Work under a performance-linked compensation model.
  • Ensure delivery of agreed outcomes to unlock incentive structures.

Other Requirements

  •  4+ years Experience in business management, sales leadership, and P&L ownership.
  •  Experience in Software Product and service sales
  •  Proven experience managing P&L and achieving revenue targets.
  •  Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  •  Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
  •  Experience in SaaS, CPaaS , Digital transformation
