Responsibilities
Business Strategy & Planning:
- Set short-term and long-term targets and operation plans.
- Align unit objectives with the company’s overall strategy.
Sales & Revenue Generation:
- Drive sales performance and identify new revenue opportunities.
- Develop direct , Indirect and alternate channels of Sales
- Set and achieve sales targets , revenue realisation and Prodigality.
- Manage and expand the customer base.
P&L Management:
- Own and manage the P&L of the business unit.
- Monitor financial performance, budgets, and cost controls.
- Prepare regular financial reports and forecasts.
Team Leadership:
- Recruit, develop, and lead high-performing teams.
- Foster a results-driven culture focused on accountability and performance.
Operational Excellence:
- Ensure efficient and effective day-to-day operations.
- Optimize processes, systems, and resource allocation.
Client & Stakeholder Management:
- Build strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Act as the primary point of contact for strategic accounts.
Performance-Based Growth:
- Work under a performance-linked compensation model.

Other Requirements
- 4+ years Experience in business management, sales leadership, and P&L ownership.
- Experience in Software Product and service sales
- Proven experience managing P&L and achieving revenue targets.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Experience in SaaS, CPaaS , Digital transformation
