Responsibilities

• Conduct live, engaging training sessions on:

• Sales techniques & conversion strategies

• Customer psychology & rapport building

• Objection handling & closing methods

• Personal branding & negotiation skills

• Work closely with the academic team to align sessions with job roles in real estate, marketing, and sales sectors

• Support students in developing confidence, communication, and practical business thinking

• Review student progress, deliver feedback, and tailor guidance to improve individual performance

• Participate in bootcamp sessions, workshops, and placement grooming activities

Other Requirements

• 3–5 years experience in sales coaching, business consulting, or corporate training

• Strong background in B2C/B2B sales, client negotiation, or business development

• Excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching skills

• Experience working with young professionals or students is a plus

• Fluency in English and Malayalam
