Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients from provided leads or databases.
• Clearly explain the company's digital marketing services.
• Generate and qualify leads; schedule meetings for the sales or marketing team.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and client information in CRM.
• Follow up with interested prospects and nurture leads through regular communication.
• Achieve weekly/monthly targets for calls and conversions.
• Handle basic queries and objections confidently and professionally.

Other Requirements

• Minimum qualification: Bachelor’s degree.
• Proven experience as a tele caller, tele sales representative, or similar role (preferred but not mandatory).
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Good knowledge of digital marketing services (basic training will be provided).
• Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and call tracking systems is a plus.

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
