Responsibilities

Sales:

• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads via cold calls, networking, and site visits.
• Meet with prospective clients to understand their needs and pitch appropriate services.
• Close projects and meet revenue targets on a monthly/quarterly basis.
• Prepare client proposals and follow through to closure.
• Coordinate with design and execution teams for smooth handover post-sales.

Marketing:

• Work with the digital marketing team to align campaigns with ground-level sales.
• Represent the brand at exhibitions, expos, and client meetings.
• Suggest and implement local marketing activities (events, partnerships, promotions).
• Build relationships with builders, property agents, and other key influencers.

Reporting & Team Coordination:

• Maintain CRM records and update lead status regularly.
• Prepare weekly reports on leads, site visits, closures, and revenue.
• Coordinate with design, estimation, and execution teams to ensure client satisfaction.
