Responsibilities

Graphic Designing:

• Design social media posts, banners, brochures, flyers, posters, and other marketing materials.
• Develop branding materials, logos, and visual assets as required.
• Create design templates for recurring content and campaigns.
• Collaborate with team members to develop creative concepts and deliver consistent designs.

Video Editing:

• Edit promotional videos, social media reels, corporate videos, product videos, etc.
• Add graphics, animations, text overlays, transitions, and effects to enhance video content.
• Optimize videos for different platforms (YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Collaborate with content creators for script visualization and storyboarding.
• Manage video shoots if required.

Other Requirements

• Proficiency in Design Tools: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma (optional)
• Proficiency in Video Editing Software: Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
• Basic knowledge of color grading, sound mixing, and animation is a plus.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Good communication skills and team collaboration.

Good to have

• Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Fine Arts, or related fields.
• Knowledge of motion graphics and animation (After Effects preferred).
• Photography skills (optional but an added advantage).
