Responsibilities

• Promote and sell credit products, particularly loans against shares/assets, to prospective and existing customers
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Conduct regular client visits and follow-ups to identify needs and offer suitable credit solutions.
• Achieve monthly sales targets in line with departmental goals.
• Coordinate with internal credit and operations teams to ensure smooth processing of applications.
• Maintain proper documentation and adhere to compliance and regulatory standards

Other Requirements

• 1–2 years of proven sales experience in a bank or financial institution
• Strong understanding of retail credit products, especially loan against shares
• Graduation is mandatory
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
